Mark Bolgiano,
President and CEO
Mark Bolgiano joined XBRL US as President and CEO in December of 2006. Previously, he led the technology and online communications teams at the Council on Foundations as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Bolgiano has provided strategic, operational, and program leadership for membership organizations for over a twenty-year career distinguished by success in defining and achieving goals using a collaborative, data-driven and member-focused approach. That career, based on undergraduate and graduate studies in statistics and analysis, and ten years at the Washington Board of Trade focused on applications development, operations, accounting, finance and strategic planning, has focused his attention on transformational technologies as an executive, writer, and public speaker.

Campbell Pryde,
Vice President, Domain and Chief Standards Officer
Campbell Pryde leads the development and maintenance of taxonomies for XML-based business reporting applications in the US. This position plays an integral part of the executive team of XBRL US in determining the strategy for taxonomy development and maintenance. Mr. Pryde joins XBRL US from Morgan Stanley, where as Executive Director in the Institutional Securities Group, he managed the equity research XBRL-based valuation framework. He has been involved with XBRL since 2001, and most recently served as Chairman of the XBRL US Domain Steering Committee which is responsible for setting the strategic direction for development of the XBRL US GAAP taxonomies. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Pryde was a Partner in the Risk and Advisory Practice of KPMG LLP. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Michelle Savage,
Vice President, Communications
Michelle Savage manages the education, marketing, communications and outreach efforts of XBRL US. Ms. Savage joins XBRL from PR Newswire where she focused on developing services to help companies communicate their key messages and information to shareholders and potential investors. During her tenure at PR Newswire, Ms. Savage oversaw the introduction and sales of new services to corporate and agency investor relations executives. Within the XBRL US committee of the AICPA, Ms. Savage served as the vice chair of the Steering Committee as well as the Chair of the Adoption Working Group. Ms. Savage has been intimately involved in developing strategies for XBRL adoption in the US. Previously, she held positions as an equity analyst at Shearson Lehman Hutton and a marketing executive at Pepsi Cola. Ms Savage is also on the Board of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute where she serves as the EVP, Programs.

David Tauriello,
Vice President, Member Services
David Tauriello joins XBRL US from the Council on Foundations, where he served as Web Director. Mr. Tauriello’s non-profit and association web production and management experiences also include positions with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Maryland Public Television. In each of these settings, Mr. Tauriello was focused on creating and using Internet technologies to improve member service. Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Tauriello was part of a team winning a Webby Award (considered the "Oscar" of the Internet) in 2005. Mr. Tauriello was recognized as a Fulbright Teacher Scholar Award recipient in 1999, by the Japan - U. S. Education Commission. As a secondary school teacher, he was named Teacher of the Year by the Frederick County Maryland Chamber of Commerce in 1996.

Lynne Hasluck,
Communications Manager
Lynne Hasluck manages communications programs to promote the adoption and use of XBRL. Ms. Hasluck joins XBRL US from PR Newswire where she oversaw all of the organization’s customer communications. Additionally, she developed and implemented marketing programs to support the launch of new communications services and tools to help public relations and investor relations professionals communicate their messages and information to their audiences. Previously, she held several marketing positions at Ziff-Davis Publishing Company.

Angela Rose,
Membership Manager
Angela Rose joins XBRL US from the XBRL US committee of the AICPA where she served as Interim Executive Administrator. Over the past 10 years Ms. Rose has been a web developer with focus on branding, marketing, and design. During that time she developed a web presence for a small non-profit organization in California where she focused on ease of use and value add to the members. Ms. Rose is a published technical writer in the area of online classrooms and was integral to the development, training, and maintenance of the online classroom program at California State University, East Bay. Ms. Rose has been very involved in every aspect the organizational workings of XBRL US for the past 6 months and has had the opportunity to build relationships with the members and learn the challenges and successes of the organization.

Marc Ward,
Applications Manager
Marc Ward joins XBRL US from the Council on Foundations where he served as the Application Developer. Mr. Ward worked as a network and database administrator, developer and programmer for client and web applications and has been in the IT field for 10 years. In this work at XBRL, US, Mr. Ward focuses on developing and implementing solutions that further the goals of the organization.

Cheryl Kraus,
Executive Assistant
Cheryl Kraus joins XBRL US from the American Health Care Association where for the past 5 years she assisted the Vice President of Public Affairs and the Board of Governors. Prior to this position she was the Board of Directors Liaison for the Health Insurance Association of America. Ms. Kraus has over 25 years experience in office management and also staffs the XBRL toll-free number and support email address.
