The website is available in http://www.XBRLDecision.com/ The user can start the XBRL decision making process by pressing “Start Here” button in the first page. In the final page, investor can enjoy XBRL Decision cloud including Most Gained Decision and see Recent Decisions. Through login option new users can register to join XBRL Cloud. Also, a full User Guide and Demo are available in the site.

Brief Description: It is possible to select a Ticker and follow its financial reports or select the proposed Ticker from XBRL Decision Robots or even observing one of the latest XBRL filling Tickers. In the next step, the user can see the latest financial reports of the company in a comparative view or even can compare it with the other companies such as a peer companies in its industry. Via online XBRL analytics user can see financial ratios, analytical investor dashboard and can even instantly see automatic fundamental and technical analysis of the company. Finally, by adjusting decision to investor risk, users can develop a trade decision and forecast company future price with investor expectations.

For taking advantage of XBRL decision cloud, user can join XBRL decision cloud to improve his/her trade decision with network thinking. Team Biographies

Abbas Bagherian Kasgari,
School of Business Management, I.A.U. University, Babol Branch

Abbas Bagherian holds a master in Business Administration at School of Business Management, I.A.U. University of Bobol and a member of Young Researchers Club. Also, he received a B.S. degree in computer engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in the field of software. He and his colleagues became the prize winner of 9th XBRL Global Academic Competition 2008-09, which was held in Bryant University, USA. Also, he is awarded by First Iranian Comprehensive Conference of Electronic Stock Exchange as best paper prize for publishing and presenting a paper entitled “Intelligent Surveillance Systems in Electronic Stock Exchange”. In Feb 2010, he was invited and attended as a Discussant with full covered travel and accommodation grant in the 8th International Workshop for Young Scholars (WISH) organized by European Law Journal and ESSCA entitled ‘THE VISIBLE HAND’, European and Global Perspectives on Financial Market Regulation and Economic Governance in France. His latest works was presented at the 24th XBRL International Conference, UAE, Abu Dhabi, in Academic Track in March 2012 entitled the Next Generation of Financial Mobile Networks.

He has several researches is in the area of accounting information system, computer science, artificial intelligence, financial surveillance system, continuous auditing, automated process modeling and agent-based fraud detection systems and also some empirical work in the field of financial market which were presented in domestic and international conferences. His works has been published in the Quarterly Journal of Securities Exchange, Volume 2, No 6, Summer 2009 entitled “The Feasibility of eXtensible Business Reporting Language for Listed Companies on Tehran Stock Exchange”. Hamed Mousavi, Software Engineering Department, Shahid Beheshti University, holds master degree of Science, major in Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University, and bachelor degree of Science, major in Software Engineering, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Tehran.

He has published several papers in the domestic and international journals and conferences, such as in the 3rd International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies: From Theory to Applications, 2008 with a research entitled “Hardware Implementation for frequent episode discovery in event sequences” and a research entitled Dynamic Advanced Clustering Algorithm for Sensor Networks
for the 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systemsc conference in 2007.
