XBRL US expressed support for a BEA rule proposal that would amend the data collected and the design of the mandatory BE-180 Benchmark Survey of Financial Services Transactions between U.S. Financial Services Providers and Foreign Persons. In particular, XBRL US supports the proposed plan to include a question to survey respondents to provide their 20-digit Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), if they have one.
