On September 1, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) published draft taxonomies for a public comment and review period that will end November 1, 2021. The 2021 Q4 release draft updates the Closed-End Fund (CEF) from the previous version that was out for public review in April 2020. It also includes updates to the DEI Taxonomy. The 2022 draft SEC taxonomies are also available in this public review period.
