Today the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that the FASB has issued proposed technical and other confirming improvements for the 2022 SEC Reporting Taxonomy, along with related release notes and a proposed Technical Guide. The FASB is requesting comments on the guide and taxonomy improvements. Comments should be submitted directly to the FASB.
