The Securities and Exchange Commission published their Regulatory Flexibility Agenda to the Federal Register and is accepting comments concerning the agenda for a 30 day public review period set to end on August 30, 2021.

The Agenda identifies rules that the agency expects to consider in the next 12 months that are likely to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. Agenda items that have a structured data component include a final rule for Filing Fee Disclosure and Payment Methods Modernization (See proposal for this rule). This rule will impact 5,000+ issuers submitting forms including Forms S-1, S-3, S-8, S-11, S-4, F-1, F-3, F-4, and F-10, as well as Schedules 13E-3, 13E4F, 14A, TO, and 14D-1F, and preliminary proxy statements related to a merger.
