The XBRL US Regulatory Modernization Working Group submitted a comment letter in response to the Securities and Exchange Commission proposed rule, EDGAR Filer Access and Account Management, also known as "EDGAR Next". The letter requests a 60-day extension on the current comment period, set to expire on November 21, 2023, given the technical complexity of the questions posed in the proposal. The RMWG seeks to address all questions raised by the Commission as completely as possible.
