The full implementation of the DATA Act will open the full life cycle of federal spending to public scrutiny; enable Big Data analytics to inform management; solve longstanding reporting challenges for grantees and contractors; and provide new business opportunities for technology companies. These goals can only be realized through close collaboration between all of these stakeholders. At the second annual DATA Act Summit, we will continue to lay the framework for the implementation of the nation’s first legislative mandate for data transparency.
