XBRL US Center for Data Quality Announces Public Review of Guidance and Rules

XBRL US announced the start of the first public exposure period for rules developed by the Data Quality Committee, which is funded through the XBRL US Center for Data Quality. Public companies, data providers, analysts and XBRL providers invited to comment on seven rules covering over 2,400 individual elements.

U.S. House Financial Services Committee Holds Markup Session on H.R. 1965, XBRL Exemption

The House Financial Services Committee held a markup session on several proposed bills including H.R. 1965 which calls for an XBRL exemption for small companies under $250 million in revenue.
