The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced that starting October 1, 2021, issuers will no longer be able to submit a Visual FoxPro filing. Filers can begin submitting XBRL filings as soon as October 1 to meet the first FERC XBRL deadline of December 31 for Q3-2021 submissions.
