The Small Business Administration (SBA) published a request for comment regarding the collection of information related to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Comments are solicited on 1) whether information collected is necessary for the agency to perform its functions; 2) whether burden estimates are accurate, 3) whether there are ways to reduce the burden, and 4) where there are ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of information. Comments are due September 14, 2020.
