On November 27, 2018, the SEC published in the Federal Register, a “List of Rules to Be Reviewed Pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act”. Included in the list of rules to be reviewed are the rules requiring the use of XBRL for public companies, mutual funds and credit rating agencies. Comments are due by December 27, 2018.
