The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) released their Spring 2025 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. Many of these proposed changes may impact structured data requirements, for example, Shareholder Proposal Modernization, the definition of FPI and rules to rationalize disclosures practices.
The Financial Data Transparency Act is also included on the list with final action noted as December 2025.
