The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today announced the following Agency Information Collection Activity: Extension of Rule 17Ad-27. This rule requires Central Matching Service Providers (CMSP) to submit to the Commission every 12 months a report that includes quantitative and qualitative data which must be tagged in Inline XBRL.
The Commission is asking for feedback on the proposed extension which must be submitted by July 27, 2026.
